Do I have to go somewhere else for tests?
Many tests are done right here in our office.
Lab specimens are collected here in the office and sent to local labs for processing.
- EKG (electrocardiogram)
- A painless recording of your heart’s rhythm, done on site during your visit.
- Echocardiograms
- An ultrasound of the heart that shows how its chambers and valves are working.
- Ultrasounds
- Imaging with sound waves to look at organs and soft tissue, without radiation.
- Carotid dopplers
- An ultrasound of the neck arteries that checks blood flow to the brain and helps assess stroke risk.
- Spirometry
- A breathing test that measures how well your lungs move air, useful for asthma and COPD.
- Lab work
- Blood and other specimens collected in our office and sent to local labs for processing.
