Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Clear Brook Medical Associates is accepting new adult patients, 18 and older. Call (281) 481-8500 or request a visit online and we will call you to set a time.
What ages do you see?
Dr. Sarwar is an internist and cares for adults 18 and older. For children, please see a pediatrician or family-medicine practice.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We see minor emergencies on a walk-in basis during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For anything life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and TRICARE. Plans change often, so please call to confirm yours before your visit.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Dr. Sarwar is fluent in Spanish, as well as Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Tell us your preferred language when you call.
Can I get lab work done at your office?
Yes. We collect blood and other specimens in the office and send them to local labs for processing. Many tests, such as EKGs, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, carotid dopplers and spirometry, are done right here.
How do I use the patient portal?
Our patient portal runs on eClinicalWorks. Use the “Patient portal” link at the top of any page to sign in. If you need help signing in, call the office at (281) 481-8500.
How do I find your suite?
We are in the Beamer Professional Building at 13630 Beamer Rd, across from San Jacinto College South Campus. Suite 114 is entered from the outside of the building.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Along with most major insurance plans, we accept major credit cards.
