Find the practice by entering the practice code. ADFIBA
Sign in with your portal username and password.
Set up a PIN to open your health record securely.

Signing in for the first time: The practice emails you a username and password. You can change them after you first sign in.
Forgot your password: Reset it from the sign-in page or the app, or call the office and we can reset it for you.
Free and secure: The portal and the healow app are free. Your record is protected by your own password or PIN and encrypted.
New to the practice: You can pre-register on the portal’s sign-in page for easier booking and check-in at your first visit.
